The Jr Donkeys went in as firm favourites and delivered on expectations with a dominant performance in the T4L final of the high school Club Championship. Donkeys finished on 275 points, the Honey Badgers second on 190 and the Hornets third on 165.

Led by Declan Lewis, the team worked well together and ultimately all topped P1 (the first problem) and laid a solid lead forcing the Badgers and Hornets into catchup mode from there. Declan, Jack Mitchell and Jake Wilson were notable top players on the night in the Donkeys and well supported by Daniel Moore and Hamish Ward in an all round solid team performance.

The Hornets and the Honey Badgers finished well behind the Donkeys and wrestled out for second place.

Bill Lulham led the way for the Honey Badgers reading the routes well and unpacking some complicated beta for the team to capitalise on.  Will Penberthy led the Hornets in a similar fashion but in the end it was the Honey Badgers who unpacked P4 better and a late flash from Jack Gleeson-Barker pulled away to secure second place.

The energy in the house was pumping and the teams pulled together well. Each and every player should be proud of their efforts in this challenging format and their respective clubs are super proud of each and every player.
