If you're in high school and you're looking to bump up your skills then here's your opportunity to do so.
Trainings will commence this week on Thursday's at 3:45 - 4:45pm. Starting with foundation skills this session will be flexible in it's structure but we're there to help individuals as needed. We'll also will finish off with a short and intense 15 min block of strength and conditioning exercises. The only requirements are that you're in high school and you're a current member.
Simple session. Optional. It's an opportunity to learn so drink from the trough if you so choose.
