Packed full of Farrer students the young Hornets had reason to be comfortable with themselves and their position coming into the youth T4L 22Club Championship final.
The team comprised of Tom McAlpine, Lachie French, Beau Henry, Lachie Cohen and Luke Humbert all performed well on the day but fell short on the scoreboard finishing in third place with a very respectable score of 268 points. Ben Hope stepping in as the coach on the day to offer support where possible before competing himself in the Opens later in the evening.
This is the first season for the young Hornets so if this is a sign of things to come then the club is in good hands. Good performances and good young men. Well done boys.
